Job summary

ECI Group is seeking a dynamic Service Technician to join our onsite team. The role focuses on maintenance and service tasks to uphold our standards of safety and resident comfort.

The technician will handle service requests, perform make-readies, groundskeeping, and repairs, and assist the Service Manager with safety and regulatory compliance. A valid license and 2 years of experience are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and a valid driver’s license.
• Minimum 2 years of general maintenance experience in multi-unit properties.
• Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire protection and energy management systems.
• Able to work weekends and on-call shifts.
• Attend to attendance and overtime as needed.
• Access to reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Handle resident service requests via online system with prompt, friendly service.
• Perform and assist in apartment and property maintenance tasks.
• Assist in exterior and interior upkeep of the property.
• Assist Service Manager with health and safety issues by identifying hazards and reporting concerns.
• Assist with damage prevention and repair after severe weather events.
• Operate maintenance tools safely and follow safety policies.
• Maintain compliance with ADA, OSHA and other regulations.
