Job summary

ECI Group in Port Wentworth, GA is seeking a Service Technician to perform maintenance and service tasks on multifamily properties, ensuring resident safety and comfort. You will handle service requests, conduct make-readies, and maintain both interior and exterior areas to uphold quality standards.

The role requires at least 2 years of maintenance experience, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work weekends/on-call. ECI Group offers competitive pay and a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 2 years of general maintenance experience in multi-unit property management.
• Working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire protection and energy management systems.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license; ability to work weekends/on-call.
• Must follow ADA/OSHA and company safety policies.

Responsibilities

• Handle resident service requests via online ticketing system with excellent customer service.
• Perform and assist in all phases of apartment and property maintenance.
• Maintain exterior and interior of the property and uphold safety standards.
• Assist the Service Manager with health and safety issues and weather-related repairs.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and regulations.
