You will handle maintenance tasks, prep rooms for housekeeping, assist with laundry, and help keep public areas clean while following safety procedures to ensure guest comfort and property safety.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance: address work orders and implement preventive maintenance tasks, including basic repairs.
• Inventory: manage maintenance supplies and place orders with management.
• Housekeeping support: prep rooms for housekeepers by removing linens and trash and reviewing maintenance needs.
• Emergency Procedures: follow property emergency procedures to ensure guest safety.
• Other duties as assigned.
