Partner Engineering and Science, Inc. is seeking an experienced Onsite Project Manager to join our Power & Infrastructure practice group in Delaware.

Serving as an Owner’s Representative, you will provide field leadership for a major utility-scale solar project and oversee EPC contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure safety, quality, schedule, and cost. You will lead weekly on-site coordination, manage stakeholder reporting, and drive QA/QC, commissioning, and documentation to

Qualifications

• Proven direct project management or construction management experience on utility-scale solar projects.
• Strong track record as Owner’s Representative or IE/EPC PM.
• Knowledge of utility-scale construction sequencing and interconnection processes.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary onsite liaison for the project owner, monitoring operations and ensuring contractual obligations are met.
• Track schedule milestones, identify risks, and implement recovery plans.
• Review monthly progress pay applications, change orders, and verify quantities.
• Perform daily site walks and generate owner reports on progress, safety, and workforce.
• Lead weekly on-site OAC meetings and provide status updates to stakeholders.
• Oversee QA/QC documentation and commissioning leading up to COD.
