Partner Engineering and Science is seeking an experienced Onsite Project Manager to lead a major utility-scale solar project in Delaware. As an Owner’s Representative, you will oversee EPC contractors, manage safety, quality, schedule, and cost while coordinating with stakeholders on site.

You will base full-time on the Delaware jobsite and may support future regional projects, requiring strong leadership of field teams and critical reporting. A background in CRE project delivery is advantageous.

Formación

• Proven direct project management or construction management experience on utility-scale solar projects.
• Strong track record serving as an Owner’s Representative, IE, or EPC Project Manager.
• Understanding of utility-scale construction sequencing, civil grading, pile driving, structural assembly, DC/AC collection systems.
• Experience evaluating monthly progress billing, auditing earned value, managing change orders, and administering EPC contracts.
• Proficiency in construction management and scheduling software (Procore, Primavera P6, MS Project, Bluebeam).
• Willingness to be based full-time on the Delaware jobsite for the duration of the build, with adaptability to future regional projects.

Responsabilidades

• Owner’s Representative Oversight: Act as the primary onsite liaison and advocate for the project owner, monitoring daily operations and holding the EPC contractor and associated vendors accountable to contractual obligations, engineering specifications, and industry standards.
• Schedule & Milestone Tracking: Continually audit the EPC baseline schedule (P6 or equivalent), monitor critical-path activities, identify early risk bottlenecks, and ensure recovery plans are executed as necessary.
• Budget, Billing & Change Management: Review and approve monthly progress pay applications (AIA or milestone-based), evaluate schedule of values (SOV), verify installed quantities in the field, and review/negotiate contractor change orders and potential claims.
• Field Monitoring & Daily Reporting: Perform daily site walks to assess construction quality, civil, racking, module installation, electrical cabling, and commissioning activities. Generate detailed daily and weekly owner reports.
• Meeting Leadership & Stakeholder Reporting: Lead weekly onsite OAC progress meetings, manage agendas and action-item logs, and deliver status briefings to utility off-takers, lenders, and internal leadership.
• Quality & Commissioning Assurance: Oversee QA/QC documentation, NCRs, pre-commissioning checklists, testing protocols, and punch-list closeout leading to COD.
