Job summary

Cumming Group is seeking a Senior Project Coordinator to support a high-profile tenant improvement project on-site in Seattle. You will assist the Project Management team with document control, reporting, and coordination through closeout, ensuring alignment with client contracts.

In this client-facing role, you will prepare invoices, review schedules and costs, facilitate stakeholder meetings, and maintain rigorous document control to uphold project quality and timelines.

Qualifications

  • BS in Construction Management, Engineering, QS, Architecture, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in a related field.
  • Experience with contract schedules, owner invoices, and change orders.

Responsibilities

  • Set up and oversee document control.
  • Review deliverables before submission to client.
  • Provide update/status reports for work in progress, including costs and schedules.
  • Review payment applications and lien releases.
  • Maintain organization of contract schedules, owner invoices, and change orders.
  • Manage close-out documents and warranty requests.
  • Schedule and facilitate meetings with stakeholders across project stages.
  • Other duties as assigned.

In this client facing role, you will be working with a Project Management team on a number of tenant improvement projects for this marquis client.
