Job summary

Apptricity Corporation, a global leader in real-time enterprise software, is seeking a Project Manager to deliver and manage customer implementations onsite in Irving, TX. You will coordinate with technical teams, train users, and ensure Go-Live milestones are met.

Requirements include a Bachelor's in CS/IS and at least 3 years in software support or project management, with experience in SQL, JIRA, and MS Office. Travel up to 25% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS or IS is required.
• Minimum 3 years' experience providing software support or project support.
• Ability to explain software features to end users clearly.

Responsibilities

• Deliver solutions based on project plan and align with customer requirements.
• Educate clients on software features and functionality.
• Manage multiple implementations prioritizing Go-Live dates.
• Log and track all client interactions and support communications.
• Assist with implementation duties including training and knowledge transfer.
