Job summary

Turner & Townsend in Cincinnati, Ohio, is seeking a Project Manager to provide consulting services for a multi-use facility client, guiding projects from initiation to completion with onsite presence three days per week.

Qualified candidates will typically hold a Bachelor's degree (preferred) with 5–8 years of relevant experience, and be proficient in MS Office. Experience with Kahua or similar PM software and ERP platforms (e.g., D365) is advantageous; SOX control responsibilities may apply.

Responsibilities

• Manage all areas of project management for singular real estate projects, from initiation through closeout.
• Work with clients to prepare scope, resources, cost estimates, budgets, and schedules.
• Define delivery resources and conduct RFPs, bid evaluations, and resource recommendations.
• Implement project governance aligned with company and client requirements.
• Ensure data integrity and timely documentation; guide the delivery team to meet goals.
• Create action plans, track progress, and report status and variances.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation and contingency plans.
