Job summary

Fortis Native Group LLC is seeking a Project Manager/Quality Control for a government contract with the US Army Corps of Engineers. The role requires leading a team in a 100% onsite janitorial services environment and ensuring compliance with the contract’s quality standards.

Responsibilities include supervising daily cleaning operations, maintaining asset logs, training staff, and coordinating with clients to resolve issues while meeting safety and regulatory requirements under EM385 and OSHA

Qualifications

• 5 years of personnel management experience.
• QC qualifications, EM385 and OSHA 30 required.
• Understanding of basic commercial janitorial practices.
• Clean DMV record.
• Understanding of general operational safety standards.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to pass a comprehensive background check.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Spanish language ability is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team to complete routine facility cleaning.
• Create and adhere to monthly and annual service schedules.
• Train employees on work requirements, safety procedures, and related items.
• Maintain asset logs and inventory.
• Order janitorial supplies and track inventory.
• Perform additional duties as required within contract scope.
• Follow the Performance Work Statement to meet contractual obligations.
• Meet with clients to build rapport and resolve issues.
• Maintain grounds to green level as indicated on site maps.
