Job summary

Fortis Native Group LLC is seeking a Project Manager/Quality Control for a government contract with the US Army Corps of Engineers. The role requires leading a team in a 100% onsite janitorial services environment and ensuring compliance with the contract’s quality standards.

Responsibilities include supervising daily cleaning operations, maintaining asset logs, training staff, and coordinating with clients to resolve issues while meeting safety and regulatory requirements under EM385 and OSHA

Qualifications

• 5 years of personnel management experience.
• QC qualifications, EM385 and OSHA 30 required.
• Understanding of basic commercial janitorial practices.
• Clean DMV record.
• Understanding of general operational safety standards.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to pass a comprehensive background check.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Spanish language ability is a plus.

Job description

Fortis Native Group LLC is interviewing for a Project Manager/Quality Control for a government contract with the US Army Corp of Engineers . The Project Manager/Quality Control will have experience in the Janitorial Service Industry as well as prior team supervisory experience. This position would be 100% onsite.

The Following Are Key Responsibilities Associated With This Position

• Must be able to lead a team to complete routine facility cleaning.
• Ability to create and adhere to monthly and annual periodic services and work schedules.
• Ability to train employees on the work requirements, safety procedures, and other work-related items.
• Maintains Asset Logs and Inventory.
• Orders janitorial supplies to ensure each site is stocked sufficiently. Tracks inventory totals.
• Perform any additional duties on an \"as required\" basis where such duties are within the scope of contractual responsibilities.
• Follow the Performance Work Statement requirements to ensure all contractual obligations are met. Attend periodic performance reviews to ensure compliance.
• Meet with clients to build a positive rapport and to resolve any issues.
• The Contractor shall ensure all grounds owned by the user are maintained at green level, unless otherwise indiciated on the site maps.

Minimum Qualifications

• 5-years of personnel management experience.
• QC qualifications, EM385 and OSHA 30 required
• A thorough understanding of basic commercial janitorial practices.
• Clean DMV Record.
• Understanding of general operational safety standards.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to pass a comprehensive background check.
• Must be computer proficient, with a working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite, to include Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Ability to speak Spanish is a plus.
