Job summary

Fortis Native Group LLC is seeking a Project Manager/Quality Control for a government contract with the US Army Corps of Engineers. The role focuses on leading a janitorial crew onsite, ensuring adherence to the Performance Work Statement, and maintaining asset logs and inventory.

The candidate should have 5+ years of personnel management, EM385/OSHA 30 certifications, and strong organizational skills. Spanish is a plus, and a background check will be required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of personnel management experience.
• EM385 and OSHA 30 certifications required.
• Understanding of basic commercial janitorial practices.
• Clean DMV record.
• Ability to pass a comprehensive background check.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Spanish language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team to complete routine facility cleaning.
• Create and adhere to monthly and annual work schedules.
• Train employees on work requirements and safety procedures.
• Maintain Asset Logs and Inventory.
• Order janitorial supplies and track inventory totals.
• Perform additional duties within contractual scope as required.
• Ensure compliance with Performance Work Statement and conduct periodic reviews.
• Meet with clients to build rapport and resolve issues.
• Maintain grounds to green level as indicated on site maps.
