Job summary

IsoTalent is assisting a family-owned class action administration firm in Irvine, CA to hire a Project Manager to lead settlement administration projects from setup to closeout, where accuracy and court deadlines matter. You will own projects end to end, build plans and timelines, read legal documents, and translate them into workflows the operations team can run.

You will track milestones against SLAs and raise risks early, serving as the main contact for clients, counsel, vendors, and internal

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 2+ years of project management experience.
• Experience leading full lifecycle projects.
• Hands-on use of Salesforce, Jira, Power BI, and SQL.
• Continuous improvement mindset with documenting and improving processes.
• Experience working across teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own projects end to end from setup to closeout.
• Build plans and timelines and convert legal documents into workflows.
• Track milestones against SLAs and raise risks early.
• Be the main contact for clients, counsel, vendors and internal teams.
• Collaborate with the technology group on automation and system improvements.
