Strong understanding of Court documents, including Settlement Agreements and Court Orders.
Ability to integrate attorney feedback into work product.
Accuracy in documentation, data verification, and task execution.
Capable of smoothly switching between multiple matters and priorities.
A self-starter who takes initiative to identify needs and move tasks forward independently.

Responsibilities

Oversee and execute tasks outlined in Settlement Agreements.
Independently manage all phases of the settlement lifecycle, including: Noticing, Class member support, Disbursement.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients (e.g., attorneys) and: Obtain approvals, Resolve data discrepancies, Incorporate edits to Court documents, Ensure prompt responses and request additional information as needed, Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate execution of settlement tasks, Identify and resolve nuanced problems resulting from claims adjudication.
