Job summary

Eagle Electrical Services, an EMCOR Company, is seeking a Project Manager in Training in Plain City, OH. You will supervise Project Engineers and Assistant PMs, coordinate scheduling with Project Supervisors, and ensure adherence to company procedures while delivering projects on time and within budget.

This in-person role requires strong organizational and communication skills, familiarity with construction documents, and the ability to manage field teams and subcontractors.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• 3–5 years’ experience in electrical construction or similar.
• Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with PM/document control software.

Responsibilities

• Drive project flow from inception to completion.
• Oversee organization, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation.
• Support field personnel with subcontractor relations.
• Maintain financial responsibility for projects.
• Ensure document control: insurance, permits, submittals, RFIs, change orders.
• Coordinate meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
• Work with foreman on safety and weekly walk-throughs.
• Obtain as-builts and CAD from engineering.
• Escalate critical issues to Division Manager with recommendations.
