Job summary

Eagle Electrical Services, an EMCOR Company, is seeking a Project Manager in Training for our Plain City, OH location. You will oversee Project Engineers and Assistant Project Managers, coordinating schedules and resources to complete projects on time and within budget.

This in-person role requires strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to resolve field issues and manage documentation, cost tracking, and safety compliance across multiple projects.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 3–5 years related experience in electrical construction or similar industry.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities are essential.
• Familiarity with project documentation and scheduling processes is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive overall project flow from inception to completion.
• Oversee project organization, scheduling, budgeting, and implementation.
• Support field personnel with subcontractor relations and issue resolution.
• Maintain financial responsibility for projects and ensure alignment with budgets.
• Coordinate document control, insurance, permits, submittals, RFIs, change orders, and correspondence.
• Lead meetings with internal and external stakeholders to review progress and issues.
• Prepare budget estimates, progress reports, and cost tracking documentation.
