Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s or Associate degree in Construction Management or related field; 5–7 years of commercial general contracting experience.
• Strong knowledge of project management processes, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.
• Experience with construction technology platforms (CMiC, Procore) is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Lead multiple construction, maintenance, and capital improvement projects to optimize financial performance and client satisfaction.
• Manage project budgets, forecasts, pay apps, and cost reporting; track variances and take corrective action.
• Coordinate development and execution of project schedules from preconstruction through closeout.
• Administer subcontractor and vendor processes including bids, contracts, change orders, and payments.
• Identify and mitigate safety, quality, and financial risks; ensure compliance with company standards.
