Knutson Construction is seeking a Project Manager for our Minneapolis MN office, onsite with a long-term client in Burnsville, MN. You will lead multiple construction projects, coordinating with designers, trade partners, and field teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery while upholding Knutson’s safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Associate degree in construction-related field
• 5–7 years of commercial general contracting experience
• Certifications and trainings are desirable

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple construction and capital projects to optimize financial performance and client satisfaction.
• Manage project budgets, schedules, and coordination with designers, trade partners and superintendents.
• Oversee procurement, bid packages, subcontracts, change orders and cost updates.
• Monitor safety, quality, and compliance across project activities.
• Deliver exceptional client experience and maintain thorough project documentation and reporting.
