Knutson Construction Services seeks a Senior Project Manager in Minneapolis, MN to oversee all phases of life science and technology construction, from preconstruction through closeout. You will drive safety, quality, client satisfaction, and operational excellence while leading teams and managing budgets.

You will collaborate with Owners, design teams, and subs, shaping schedules, procurement, and QA/QC plans to deliver “The Knutson Experience” on every project.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead large construction teams.
• Experience managing multi-phase projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead project teams to deliver life science and technology projects.
• Develop and implement project schedules with cross-functional teams.
• Manage budgets, procurement, and QA/QC plans for projects.
