Knutson Construction is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex life science and technology construction projects in Minneapolis, MN. You will oversee preconstruction through closeout, drive safety, quality, and client satisfaction, and manage budgets while building strong stakeholder relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor\'s degree in construction management, engineering, or related field.
• 10–15 years of responsibility for the total execution of large life science and technology construction.
• Experience coordinating with Superintendents, Project Managers, Assistant Project Managers, Project Engineers, and Project Support staff.
• Construction-related certifications and additional relevant training are highly desirable.
• Prior experience in managing self-perform trade scopes is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Motivate and lead effective teams to produce results.
• Be a leader in Knutson\'s Zero Incident safety culture to drive compliance and continuous improvement.
• Manage overall pre-construction, construction, commissioning, and closeout phases.
• Develop and implement the overall construction schedule with the project team.
• Collaborate with estimating and marketing during preconstruction and pursuit phase.
• Oversee procurement process and QA/QC plans for projects.
