Competenze

• A.S. degree in construction management or similar.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in the construction industry with a commercial and/or industrial general contractor.
• Experience in managing a direct hire workforce and subcontractors.
• Proficient with computer software used in the construction industry.
• OSHA 10 & 30, CPR/First Aid.

Mansioni

• Assist the project team in scheduling the daily activities of work and taking necessary action to meet project objectives (safety, schedule, quality).
• Submit daily paperwork such as field reports and updates for review by the project superintendent.
• Monitor schedules and ensure upcoming events stay on track.
• Learn leadership and guidance from the project team to ensure successful project management.
• Assist in maintaining the on-site QA/QC plan throughout the life of the project.
• Participate in pre-construction, progress, and other project meetings.
• Assist with SWPPP program.
