IMMEC LLC is seeking an experienced Project Management Professional to lead on-site for multiple project locations in Georgia. The role supports coordination across superintendents, foremen, crews, and subcontractors while interfacing with customers on scopes and schedules.

The ideal candidate has 0–2+ years of experience, is able to pass a background check, and maintains a clean driving record. IMMEC emphasizes safety with OSHA 10/30 and First Aid/CPR certifications and a drug-free workplace

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating all project phases on-site.
• Background check clear and driving record clean.
• Hold OSHA 10 and OSHA 30 plus First Aid/CPR certifications.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site leadership and coordination for all phases of projects.
• Lead superintendents, foremen, crews, subcontractors; consult with customers on projects, tasks and scopes.
• Develop detailed bids for projects and create project scopes/schedules.
• Manage multiple project sites to ensure budgets and time frames are met and within scope.
• Ensure projects are performed with accuracy, cleanliness, timeliness and safety at the forefront.
