Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or related field is preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical project management.
• Industrial electrical experience is required.
• PMP certification or equivalent is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all phases of electrical projects from initiation to completion.
• Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring alignment with goals and client expectations.
• Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to meet project requirements.
• Lead project meetings and provide status updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure safety regulations, codes, and standards are followed throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage resources, including personnel, equipment, and materials, for efficiency.
• Perform risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
• Prepare and review technical documentation, reports, and proposals.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans to meet timelines and deliverables.
• Collaborate with procurement to obtain materials and equipment on time.
