Job summary

Martin Concrete Construction is seeking a Senior Onsite Safety Coordinator for the Critical Projects Group to lead safety on active construction sites in North Georgia. This role collaborates with Superintendents, project teams, subcontractors, and safety leadership to drive proactive safety performance.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years of construction safety experience, OSHA 500, First Aid/CPR, and strong leadership and communication skills, with field mentoring and travel as required.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of construction safety experience.
• OSHA 500 certification and First Aid/CPR.
• Strong leadership, communication and field-mentoring skills.
• Proficiency with safety reporting tools and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead onsite safety on active projects with Superintendents.
• Enforce OSHA compliance and site safety requirements.
• Conduct weekly safety inspections and document reports.
• Mentor onsite safety coordinators and lead toolbox talks.
• Coordinate with safety leadership and project teams on corrective actions.
