Job summary

Overwatch Construction Management is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead our day-to-day project and construction management services on a complex capital project. The role will begin as a hybrid position and transition to an on-site role in Chattanooga, TN in early 2027. Salary range is $125,000 - $135,000 per year, with authorization to work in the U.S.

and no visa sponsorship available. The ideal candidate will bring 10+ years of construction management or owner's representative

Qualifications

• 10+ years of construction management, owner's representative, or program management on large capital projects.
• Experience leading projects through design, construction, commissioning, turnover, and closeout.
• Experience evaluating change orders, contractor cost proposals, payment applications, and contract modifications.
• Strong understanding of contract administration, quality management, project controls, and risk management.
• Ability to obtain project-required security credentials and background clearances.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Overwatch's primary onsite representative and day-to-day point of contact for the client, contractor, and project stakeholders.
• Represent the client's interests throughout design, construction, commissioning, turnover, and closeout.
• Lead coordination among the owner, design team, contractor, commissioning team, and project stakeholders to support successful project delivery.
• Evaluate change orders, contractor cost proposals, requests for equitable adjustment, and other contract modifications, and provide recommendations to the client.
• Review contractor payment applications and support informed project decisions related to cost, progress, and performance.
• Identify and help resolve project issues involving scope, budget, quality, constructability, and stakeholder coordination.
• Coordinate inspections, testing, commissioning, turnover, occupancy, and project closeout activities.
• Lead the project team, including field staff and project support personnel, while maintaining accurate project records and reporting.
