Responsibilities

• On-site trade coordination and management, material design, fabrication, delivery and installation.
• Interact with field supervision; manage cost and design issues (change orders, RFIs, document updates).
• Read Construction Design Documents and Specifications; perform cost estimates and quantity surveys; some BIM exposure.
