Ian Martin Group is hiring a Project Engineer on a 12‑month contract in Spring, TX (onsite). The role focuses on developing deliverables under the Execution Lead or Portfolio Manager, coordinating multi‑disciplinary inputs, and facilitating meetings to maintain alignment with project objectives.

Preferred candidates hold a BS in engineering and bring multi‑discipline experience, strong leadership, and excellent English communication skills.

Qualifications

• BS degree in engineering field.
• Experience in engineering, construction, project management and controls activities.
• Multi-discipline experience across functions and projects.
• Knowledge of design standards, specifications and processes.
• Strong leadership, influencing and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational, coordination, planning and interface skills.
• Ability to adapt to tight deadlines and frequent priority changes.
• Excellent communication in reading, writing and speaking English.
• Proficient in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Develop deliverables assigned by the Execution Lead or Portfolio Manager (e.g., Early Project Plan, Issues Identification and Management, Lessons Learned).
• Interface with multiple disciplines to ensure deliverables are integrated and aligned with project objectives.
• Coordinate and facilitate internal and external meetings/workshops as needed.
• Ensure meetings are recorded with minutes and an action register for progress to closure.
