Qualifications

• BS in engineering or closely related science with post-graduate participation.
• MS or higher professional engineering degree preferred.
• Recognition through committees of professional societies such as ASME, ASTM, API, AIChE, etc.
• Twelve years of applicable experience, including five years in responsible technical leadership.
• Must communicate clearly in English and understand engineering practice and codes.

Responsibilities

• Provides expert advice to design, construction, and maintenance engineers and staff.
• Represents AACO with vendors and manufacturers in related disciplines.
• Reviews operations to identify problems and propose remedial actions.
• Plans, schedules and directs work for studies, designs, and reports.
• Brings together project elements and ensures on-schedule progress with corrective actions.
• Discusses and resolves technical problems with internal teams and external partners.
