The incumbent will perform complex engineering work, lead work groups, and provide expert advice to design, construction, and maintenance personnel. Candidates should have a BS in engineering, substantial post-graduate study, and at least 12 years of relevant experience, with strong English communication and recognition as an expert in their field.

Qualifications

BS in engineering or closely related discipline with extensive post-graduate participation.
MS or higher professional degree preferred.
Recognized expert through involvement in professional societies/industry organizations.

Responsibilities

Provide expert advice to design, construction, and maintenance engineers and operating personnel.
Act as company representative with vendors and manufacturers in his/her field.
Review operations to identify problems and remedies within expertise.
Undertake studies to resolve problems beyond published literature.
Plan, schedule, and direct work for studies, designs, and reports; ensure efficiency and conformance to objectives.
Coordinate and resolve issues with personnel across AACO, affiliates, and outside organizations.
