Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate with construction managers, architects, and contractors to ensure on-time, on-budget project delivery.
• Review project documentation, schedules, and budgets; maintain accurate records.
• Facilitate communication among stakeholders and manage change orders and pay applications.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory requirements in healthcare settings.
• Support sustainability initiatives and project documentation workflows.
