Job summary

Structor Construction, LLC in Frisco, TX is seeking a Project Engineer to join our on-site team. This learning role keeps submittals, RFIs, procurement, and documentation moving so the Project Manager and Superintendent can focus on execution.

Expect close mentorship, increasing ownership, and a clear path toward Assistant Project Manager as you grow. Degree in CM/ENG/ARCH/BUS or equivalent and 0–3 years' experience required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CM/Engineering/Architecture/Business or equivalent.
• 0–3 years of construction experience; internships count.
• Ability to read plans and construction documents; proficient with MS Office 365.

Responsibilities

• Manage the RFI process end to end with design team and field staff.
• Build and maintain the submittal log from project start to closeout.
• Procure and expedite materials, equipment, and subcontractor services.
• Maintain document control: daily reports, procurement logs, and change orders.
• Organize and archive project files for the full team and trade partners.
• Prepare agendas, minutes, and action items for meetings.
• Assemble closeout documentation: as-builts, warranties, manuals.
