It is a learning position by design: expect close mentorship, steadily increasing ownership, and a clear path toward Assistant Project Manager.

  • Manage the RFI process end to end — draft, log, track, and close out requests, coordinating with the design team and field staff until each is resolved.

  • Prepare agendas, minutes, and action items for OAC, subcontractor, staff, and safety meetings.
  • Assemble closeout documentation — as-builts, warranties, O&M manuals, and owner training materials.

  • Working ability to read plans, specifications, and construction documents, with the drive to get better at it fast.
