Job summary

Marketing By Design LLC is seeking a Project Coordinator to be the on-site liaison with our Commerce, CA client. The role reports to the Production Director and ensures smooth packaging design projects from brief to completion.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years in project coordination, excellent communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and Mac OS. This full-time, Mon–Fri position is onsite in Commerce, CA with a salary range of $65,000–$80,000 depending on experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Project/Traffic Coordination or client-facing roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and Mac OS.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Act as on-site representative within the client’s office.
• Support smooth project delivery with Account Manager and Project Manager.
• Be the main contact for client questions and updates.
• Translate client feedback into actionable internal tasks.
• Monitor progress and identify risks or delays.
• Manage workflow and key documentation.
• Maintain professional client-facing communications.
