Job summary

Insight Global is seeking a Project Coordinator I who will be responsible for facilitating the sales of a large building materials company. The Project Coordinator will move established national brand projects through the sales cycle, from lead/quote through to post-installation support.

The Project Coordinator is an extension of sales, working with architects, general contractors, installers, and ranchise/store owners on National Brand projects.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of customer support or sales experience in building materials or construction.
• Bachelor degree preferred, but not required.
• Ability to read blueprints with knowledge of the construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of common PC software; CRM experience preferred (Salesforce).

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the sales of national brand projects from lead/quote through post-installation support.
• Oversee materials estimation, quoting, purchase/order processes, and pipeline management in a team environment.
