Job summary

Accenture Construct is hiring for a Scheduler to lead program and project scheduling efforts onsite with client teams. You will create and maintain schedules in Primavera P6, align contractor timelines, publish reports, and provide proactive scheduling insights to project managers across multi-disciplinary programs.

Strong communication and coordination with stakeholders, plus experience with K2, SAP, or IBM Planning Analytics, will help drive on-time delivery and rigorous QA/QC checks

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2–4 years of direct/relevant experience with a degree or 4–6 years without a degree.
• Experience supporting projects or portfolios valued at less than $1M.

Responsibilities

• Create and update program and project schedules using Primavera P6.
• Integrate contractor schedules and fragmented networks (fragnets).
• Generate summary and lookahead schedules, milestones, and baseline variance reports.
• Coordinate with other schedulers to analyze compression opportunities and identify problem areas.
• Ensure adherence to WBS, global codes, and templates.
• Publish schedules in PDF and other formats to designated locations.
• Integrate Primavera P6 data with platforms like K2, SAP, and IBM Planning Analytics.
• Support change management and perform QA/QC checks on schedules.
• Provide scheduling insights to project managers to resolve issues proactively.
• Attend project meetings and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
