Job summary

Spatial Front, Inc. is seeking a Project Analyst to support project tracking, deliverable coordination, documentation management, hours reporting, and project financial tracking in an on-site Arlington, VA office.

The role collaborates with project managers, technical teams, finance, and operations to ensure timely completion of tasks and deliverables. The ideal candidate is a recent graduate or early-career professional who is highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and interested in

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, PM, or related field.
Recent graduates encouraged to apply.
0–2+ years in project coordination, operations, finance support, or related roles.

Responsibilities

Track project deliverables, milestones, action items, deadlines, dependencies, and outstanding items across projects.
Maintain project trackers, task lists, status logs, schedules, and follow-up reports.
Coordinate with project managers, technical staff, finance, operations, and stakeholders to collect updates.
Follow up regularly to ensure actions, documents, approvals, and deliverables are completed on time.
Track documents, reports, meeting materials, submissions, approvals, and other deliverables.
Organize, format, review, route, and track project documents and submissions.
Maintain organized project folders, records, spreadsheets, and repositories.
Support document version control, naming conventions, and file organization.
Prepare status reports, dashboards, meeting notes, action logs, and management updates.
Attend project meetings, capture notes, document decisions, track actions, distribute summaries.
Monitor deadlines and flag missing information, incomplete docs, overdue items, risks, or blockers.
Track project hours, labor reporting, timesheets, staff assignments, and labor categories.
Support tracking of budgets, expenses, invoices, funding, and other project finance data.
Identify discrepancies in hours, costs, billing, or financial records with finance and PM staff.
Reconcile tracking information across spreadsheets, reports, PM tools, and financial records.
Support internal controls, reporting, compliance tracking, and process improvements.
Ensure project information is accurate, current, and available to leadership when needed.
Other duties as assigned.
