Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a business, computer science, or related field.
3 years of functional analysis experience and domain knowledge.
Experience documenting requirements and creating acceptance criteria.

Responsibilities

Analyze and document functional requirements for enterprise system implementations and enhancements.
Facilitate workshops and interviews to elicit and validate needs.
Develop functional specs, process flows, and use cases for system config.
Collaborate with technical teams to ensure accurate implementation.
Support testing, including test case creation, execution, and result validation.
Identify gaps between current and desired future-state capabilities.
Produce traceability matrices and functional design documents.
Perform other duties as assigned.
