Job summary

UMGC is seeking a Program and National Test Center Coordinator at the Naval Base Guam location. The role provides academic, administrative and testing support, community outreach, and customer relations management to current and prospective students.

The coordinator works with the Site Lead or Assistant Director and collaborates with faculty, staff, and military partners. Occasional evenings/weekends and travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from a U.S. regionally accredited institution or foreign degree equivalent.
• Background in customer service.
• Able to work in a fast-paced and complex environment with accurate attention to detail.
• Possess basic office management and clerical skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Good interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide students with superior customer service as an advocate and advisor throughout the academic cycle.
• Promote and support UMGC services including hybrid classes and testing services.
• Maintain and operate offices and test centers per test agency standards.
• Maintain CRM systems and document student contact in CRM.
• Coordinate with ESO, counselors, military partners and staff.
• Organize local outreach activities and represent UMGC professionally.
