Job summary

Creation Technologies in Everett, WA is seeking a Program Manager (PM2) to lead the end-to-end production and delivery of electronic products. You will coordinate design, prototyping, manufacturing, and logistics, manage schedules and budgets, drive quality, and serve as the customer liaison across engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain.

The role requires 4+ years in EMS or related electronics, a Bachelor’s degree, strong PM skills, and ability to travel up to 10%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 4+ years of electronics EMS or related industry experience.
• Strong program management and cross-functional leadership skills.
• Knowledge of electronics design, PCB assembly, SMT, and QC methods.
• Proficiency with MS Office and project planning tools.
• Excellent communication and relationship management abilities.
• Financial acumen: budgeting, forecasting and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Define program scope and requirements aligned with customer specs, timelines and quality.
• Develop and manage timelines, including NPI, delivery milestones.
• Oversee IQ/OQ/PQ validations and ensure quality metrics are met.
• Monitor PM metrics: on-time delivery, quality, cost performance, variances.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, manufacturing, quality, logistics and supply chain.
• Act as primary customer liaison, communicating updates and issues effectively.
• Oversee revenue forecasting, cost estimates, and P&L variances.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities while managing ECOs, NREs and ROI.
• Ensure compliance with UL, CE, RoHS, ISO and other certifications.
• Resolve quality issues via root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Manage changes to requirements, timelines, budgets or designs.
• Monitor production stages from prototype to high-volume, maintaining efficiency and quality.
• Coordinate supply chain needs to prevent disruptions and ensure timely materials.
• Oversee delivery logistics and ensure shipments arrive in good condition.
• Provide regular updates to senior management and clients.
• Maintain documentation for design changes, procurement records and QA reports.
• Travel up to 10% as required.
