Job summary
Ultimate Staffing Services seeks a Program Management Manager in Milpitas to lead the PM team and serve as the strategic liaison between customers and the organization. The role oversees customer orders, program execution, NPIs, and cross-functional coordination to meet quality, cost, delivery, and service goals.
The Manager drives customer satisfaction, revenue growth, and operational performance while ensuring effective internal collaboration and accountability across ERP/MRP processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 8 years of program management in manufacturing/EMS.
- Experience supervising a team and managing customer relationships.
- Experience with NPI, contracts and manufacturing operations preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication and negotiation skills.
- Understanding of ERP/MRP and cost accounting.
Responsibilities
- Lead the Program Management team and align objectives with company goals.
- Manage customer relationships and conduct reviews with customers.
- Direct launch and execution of new customer programs and NPIs.
- Oversee BOMs, ERP/MRP loading, and production readiness.
- Maintain P&L accountability and drive profitability.
- Coordinate cross-functional activities across engineering, planning, and operations.
