Job summary

NLP Logix seeks a Program Manager to drive complex, multi-workstream client programs from planning through delivery at our Jacksonville onsite office.

You will coordinate across Data Science, Engineering, Product, Agile Delivery, Release Management, Quality Assurance, and Client Success to align priorities, surface risks, and provide clear visibility into program health. This role centers on delivery execution and governance.

Note: it does not own client sales, renewals, or account expansion.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating projects, programs, or cross-functional delivery.
• Experience in technology, software, analytics, or data-driven environments.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and surface risks.
• Excellent written and spoken communication.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate delivery across multiple client programs and workstreams.
• Maintain integrated schedules, milestones, dependencies, and critical-path activities.
• Facilitate client status meetings, planning sessions, and issue-resolution discussions.
• Prepare reporting on timelines, risks, issues, decisions, and budgets.
• Maintain program risk, issue, dependency, and decision logs.
• Support executive steering committee preparation and internal reviews.
• Track budgets, forecasts, and financial risks.
• Collaborate with Release Management and Client Success for alignment.
• Identify blockers and coordinate mitigation plans.
• Ensure governance materials remain current.
