Qualifications

• Basic Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree with 8 years of experience OR a Master's with 6 years OR a PhD with 4 years; additional 4+ years may substitute for degree.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Secret security clearance.
• Experience with financial analysis or reporting.
• Experience with MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and control costs; analyze actuals and forecast against plan.
• Perform analysis and prepare reports to ensure contracts meet parameters and guidelines.
• Perform EVM tasks including WBS development, budget baseline, and estimates to complete.
• Provide financial analysis and reporting with clear status communication.
• Deliver on-time in line with earned value requirements and data analysis.
