Job summary

HelloFresh is seeking a Systems Analyst for our fully onsite production facility in Goodyear, AZ. You will support production systems and develop data analytics to improve operations.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Computer Science, MIS, or Engineering.
• 1+ years of experience in multi-site industrial distribution, manufacturing, or processing environments.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Google apps.
• SQL experience and ability to gather data for custom reports.

Responsibilities

• Support WMS, WES, WCS, and other order processing systems within the fulfillment network.
• Troubleshoot technical issues in WMS, WES, WCS, and other systems across all operations.
• Understand reporting tools and create reports to improve operation visibility and performance.
• Develop knowledge of site operations to drive continuous improvement.
• Review operations setup and drive enhancements and functionality deployments.
• Act as the point of contact for production system requests and provide level 1 support.
