Job summary
Thomson Power Systems, a Regal Rexnord company, seeks a Production Supervisor to lead the new Arlington, TX facility. You will drive manufacturing operations, safety, quality, delivery, and cost while shaping long‑term value streams.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 5+ years of Production Supervisor experience in manufacturing.
- Strong financial acumen and business insight.
- Proficiency with Lean tools: 5S, Standard Work, Visual Management, VSM, problem solving.
Responsibilities
- Lead production teams to achieve strategic goals.
- Drive a zero‑incident culture with EHS initiatives (OSHA/EPA).
- Develop and execute long‑term value stream improvements.
- Conduct daily accountability meetings and track performance indicators.
- Lead kaizen events and promote continuous improvement.
- Apply Lean, Six Sigma, and CI tools to solve problems.
- Monitor and manage budgets and overtime to meet targets.
- Communicate production metrics to site leadership.
