Job summary

Xylem is seeking a Manufacturing & Production Supervisor in Texarkana, AR to lead daily production operations, manage personnel, and ensure safety and efficiency in a climate-controlled office and plant environment.

The role requires coordinating with shift teams on first or second shift, upholding the collective bargaining agreement with USW, and maintaining high on-time delivery and quality. The position offers comprehensive benefits and competitive pay in the $70k–$80k range.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; higher degrees preferred.
