Xylem is hiring a Manufacturing & Production Supervisor in Texarkana, AR. You will oversee daily production operations, lead a team of manufacturing staff, and ensure performance targets are met while maintaining a safe and compliant work environment.

The role requires strong leadership, attention to quality, and effective communication across shifts with a focus on continuous improvement and adherence to company policies.

Responsibilities

• Supervise all employees in the area to meet daily production demands efficiently.
• Evaluate employee productivity, attitude, and initiative.
• Ensure compliance with policies and fair disciplinary actions when needed.
• Maintain department efficiencies and asset utilization goals.
• Meet production schedules to uphold high on-time delivery targets.
• Uphold safety and environmental standards across the operation.
• Communicate production demand and status to all management levels.
• Maintain accurate attendance and ensure proper training on machine operation and safety.
• Adhere to the collective bargaining agreement terms with USW and uphold a clean production area.
• Participate in training on and off site; engage in volunteer programs.
