Job summary

Batory Foods is seeking a Production Planner to create and maintain an optimized production schedule onsite in Elk Grove Village, IL. The role involves capacity planning, validating master data, and ensuring timely production for assigned orders.

You will work daily with replenishment, procurement, and manufacturing teams to maintain schedule integrity and improve efficiency while supporting overall manufacturing workflows. A relevant degree and 3–5 years of planning experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Adaptability to change and willingness to improve processes.
• Proficiency with Microsoft applications; knowledge of WMS and D365 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Schedule production lines based on customer demand and capacity.
• Collaborate with replenishment and procurement to ensure feasible schedules.
• Analyze bills of materials and maintain data for capacity and lead times.
• Produce and distribute daily reports for production decision making.
• Develop optimized sequencing to minimize downtime.
• Coordinate product movement to improve manufacturing visibility.
• Lead weekly production meetings and set priorities with teams.
• Monitor performance and adjust schedules to minimize downtime and optimize efficiency.
