Job summary

Responsibilities

• Overseeing production: manage the production process from start to finish and meet targets.
• Lead and motivate the production team; assign tasks and provide training.
• Implement quality control standards; inspect products and resolve defects.
• Troubleshoot line issues, coordinate maintenance, and implement efficiency improvements.
• Ensure safe working environment; conduct safety inspections and enforce regulations.
• Monitor inventory, manage FIFO, and communicate shortages to stakeholders.
• Collect production data and prepare performance and safety reports.
