Job summary

ABB is seeking a production leader to ensure efficient, cost-effective results meeting demand, quality, and planning targets. You’ll coordinate equipment, staff, and processes while backing the supervisor role when needed.

You’ll drive safety, continuous improvement, and team development as part of the US manufacturing team; qualify through lean and SAP/Workday/Kronos experience, with strong office tool proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years experience or equivalent.
• Supervisory experience in manufacturing is preferred.
• Lean 6 Sigma and/or PMP certifications preferred.
• Experience with SAP, Workday, Kronos and MS Office.
• Strong leadership and quality-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Production Planning & Execution: ensure schedules meet demand and maintain service levels.
• Operational Performance & Continuous Improvement: identify deficiencies and drive improvements.
• Leadership & Team Development: train, enforce policies, and foster collaboration.
• Safety, Quality & Issue Resolution: ensure safety/quality standards and resolve issues.
