Job summary

Hydrafacial LLC. is seeking an Assembler I for the Long Beach, CA facility. This entry-level role focuses on assembling products and sub-assemblies on the production floor with precision and adherence to established procedures.

The position requires good manual dexterity, ability to read work instructions in English, and the capacity to lift up to 50 lbs with assistance. On-site work with opportunities for growth in quality and manufacturing processes.

Qualifications

• Read, understand, and follow work instructions (MOPs) and basic diagrams in English.
• Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs with assistance.
• Stand, walk, and perform detailed hand work for extended periods.
• Familiarity with ISO 13485 or other quality management systems is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of lean manufacturing principles is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assemble complete products and sub-assemblies from components using hand and power tools.
• Assemble kits while maintaining quality and following procedures.
• Identify and report product rejects or non-conforming items.
• Maintain certified trained status for production lines and stations.
• Follow safety guidelines and wear PPE.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and cross-functional activities.
