Job summary

Joulé, a System One company, seeks a Product Regulatory Coordinator in Lyndhurst, NJ. This onsite contract role focuses on regulatory documentation, SDS/PDS, and supplier compliance to support customers and business continuity.

You will collaborate with R&D, Procurement, Operations, and Customer Service to ensure accurate communication of regulatory information and maintain supplier records and data requests.

Qualifications

• BS or equivalent in science, regulatory affairs, or a related field.
• Strong MS Office skills with data management and reporting capability.
• Experience with SAP is a plus and regulatory document handling.

Responsibilities

• Manage SDSs, PDSs, regulatory questionnaires and supplier docs.
• Coordinate with R&D, Procurement, Operations, and Supply Chain.
• Maintain supplier records and data requests follow-up.
• Oversee document control and SAP record management.
• Improve administrative processes and data systems for compliance.
• Request up-to-date SDS, PDS, and regulatory questionnaires as needed.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure compliant info flow.
• Engage with U.S.-based suppliers to ensure timely compliance data.
• Develop and maintain a U.S. supplier database for traceability.
• Ensure proper archiving of regulatory data and communications.
• Manage document control and CG50 transaction records.
• Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and scale operations.
